Refund policy

Any item purchased from AirBedPros.com can returned for a refund within 30 business days of the delivery of your item, we deduct a minimum of 25% restocking fee from your return credit, shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA # Number is required to be added to all return boxes so we can find your items and process them. You will need to contact us to receive your RAM #. If your item has been used, soiled, or dirty we can not accept them into our warehouse. Any items sent back soiled, or stained, damaged or dirty will not receive credit, items must be in LIKE NEW condition and with all original paperwork. If you received an item that is damaged, or DOA Dead on arrival, please contact our customer service department to insure proper handling of the return.
